We have planned our grove menu with the customer in mind, and Gary & Gail Krause will personally plan with you, your special event. The picnic menu has a wide variety of delicious foods, and our dinner choices of Chicken Clam Bake, BBQ Chicken, Steak, & Lobster Dinners are all big crowd pleasers.
We can accommodate groups of 15 to 1,500. If you have something special in mind that you don't find among our offerings, we can help you plan your own menu. It's part of Krause's personal touch.

PIG ROAST MENU Your party starts with a picnic at 12 noon consisting of: Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Cheeseburgers, French Fries, Clam Chowder, Corn on the Cob, Raw Clams(2 hrs.), Hot Sausage & Peppers, Steak Sandwiches, BBQ Spare Ribs, Buffalo Chicken Wings, Macaroni Salad, Cole Slaw, Watermelon, Soda & Beer. Then at 5 pm dinner is served. Consisting of the following food items buffet style: Your pig is wood-charcoal oven roasted, cooked to pig perfection. Garnished with greens, fruit and of course a red apple in mouth. A group picture is encouraged before the pork carving by a Krause's staff member. The pulled pork is served with several specially made barbecue sauces, Salt Potatoes, Corn on the Cob, Corn Bread, California Mixed Greens with an Apple Walnut Vinaigrette. Coffee and desert to finish a fantastic dinner.
